Projects are billed by hourly rate or retainer.

Retainer rates: A monthly retainer provides a client with continuous support at discounted rates.

Fee Schedule:

30 hours a month - SAVE 20%

20 hours a month - SAVE 15%

10 hours a month - SAVE 10%

5 hours a month - SAVE 5%

Terms

One hour minimum charge on all projects.

Project estimated timeframes and rates are quoted in writing at the end of initial consultations.

Charges after one hour are billed in quarter hour increments.

Payment in full is required prior to commencement date.

Clients pay regular fees plus any special material, supply or shipping fees.
